Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which information relating to a disaster cannot be transmitted and received under a situation that an infrastructure line cannot be used.SOLUTION: The disaster information system includes: a server device that receives one or more pieces of disaster relevant information from two or more terminal devices and transmits one or more pieces of disaster relevant information to two or more terminal devices in response to requests from two or more terminal devices; and two or more terminal devices that transmit one or more pieces of disaster relevant information to a server device located around a current location and receive one or more pieces of disaster relevant information from the server device in response to a request. Thus, even under the situation that the infrastructure line cannot be used, the information relating to the disaster can be transmitted and received by the disaster information system.
