PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of seal collation.SOLUTION: An information processor configured to perform the collation processing of the seal impression of a registered seal with the seal impression of a collation target seal to calculate a collation rate includes: a seal impression search unit for performing seal impression search processing from a picture image; a seal impression collation unit for performing the collation processing of the seal impression of the registered seal with the seal impression of the collation target seal, calculating the collation rate of the seal impression of the registered seal to the seal impression of the collation target seal, and outputting the calculated collation rate to a collation rate correction unit; and the collation rate correction unit for, when the collation rate satisfies predetermined conditions, performing correction processing of correcting a value of the collation rate.
