PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, a display device, and an electronic apparatus which can reduce the possibility that peeling occurs in an adhesive member while reducing the possibility that moisture absorption spreads.SOLUTION: An input device X1 includes an input area E1 and a non-input area E2. The non-input area E2 includes an arrangement area F1 for disposing an adhesive member 200 including organic material. The input device X1 includes a substrate 2, an inorganic layer 9 provided on a portion of the substrate 2 corresponding to the arrangement area F1, and an organic layer 10 provided on the portion of the substrate 2 corresponding to the arrangement area F1 so as to be adjacent to the inorganic layer 9.
