Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus, a processing system, and a voice recognition method and program by which sufficient voice recognition accuracy for use in a practical environment can be expected even when used in a wide variety of fields without prior training.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus includes: a situation recognition unit 21 that recognizes a situation; a vocabulary information determination unit 23 that determines vocabulary information on the basis of the situation recognized by the situation recognition unit 21; a voice recognition unit 25 that recognizes voice; and a voice recognition result determination unit 27 that determines a voice recognition result of the voice recognized by the voice recognition unit 25 on the basis of the vocabulary information determined by the vocabulary information determination unit 23.
