Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic proportional valve whose communicating member can be firmly held without increasing assembling man-hours.SOLUTION: A magnetic path plate 6 of a solenoid section includes a semicircular groove which opens into a side of a base plate 5 and in which a semicircular fixing part 62 is fitted into a surface of the communicating member 7. When the solenoid section is fixed to the base plate 5, the communicating member 7 is sandwiched by the base plate 5 and the magnetic path plate 6 and besides is pressed by the fixing part 62 to thereby fix the communicating member 7.
