Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control unit capable of preventing the occurrence of troubles due to water, chemicals, vibration, impact, heat generation or the like.SOLUTION: An engine control unit comprises a connector part 2 connected to an engine device side connector 25 to which wiring from a sensor provided to an engine device having an engine and from a controlled device controlled on the basis of a signal from the sensor is connected. The connection part between the engine device side connector 25 and the connector part 2 of an ECU is covered with a tubular cover 31 provided to the engine device side connector 25. All portions of the ECU are received in the cover 31.
