Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint composition for use in sealers, which is excellent in blocking resistance and film-forming properties; and an inorganic building material which is coated with this paint composition for use in sealers.SOLUTION: A paint composition for use in sealers, includes a resin emulsion which includes emulsified particles with a plurality of resin layers formed by multi-stage emulsion polymerization of monomer components, a pigment, and a rheology controlling agent, characterized in that the rheology controlling agent is a poly(meth)acrylic acid-based rheology controlling agent; and an inorganic building material is coated with this paint composition for use in sealers.
