Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evenly colored coating member.SOLUTION: A coating member is obtained by performing: a step of forming a base coating film on a base member by applying a first coating liquid containing a resin and an active powder component onto at least a part of the base material and drying the applied first coating liquid thereon; and a step of applying a second coating liquid containing a solvent dissolving the resin and a coloring component onto the base coating film formed in the previous step and drying the applied second coating liquid thereon.
