Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control circuit which can prevent a reverse current flowing from a battery to the input side.SOLUTION: The charge control circuit for controlling a charging circuit includes a determination circuit for determining whether or not an input current from an input power supply is smaller than a first current, which is smaller than a load current flowing through a load connected with a terminal while the maximum value of output voltage is generated, an error amplification circuit, and a drive circuit for complementarily switching a first MOS transistor connected in series with an inductor supplied with the input current, and increasing the inductor current flowing through the inductor when it is turned on, and a second MOS transistor connected in series with the inductor and the first MOS transistor, and supplying the inductor current to the terminal to increase the output voltage when it is turned on, so that the error is reduced when a determination is made that the input current is larger than a first current, and the second MOS transistor is turned off when a determination is made that the input current is smaller than a first current. |
