Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various high-speed shielded cables used in combination with a connector assembly.SOLUTION: A connector assembly includes plural electric terminal ends electrically contacting a conductor set of a cable at a first terminal section of the cable, and the electric terminal ends are constituted to electrically contact corresponding fitting electric terminals of a fitting connector. At least one housing is constituted to hold the plural electric terminal ends under a planar and isolated structure.
