PROGRAM METHOD OF NONVOLATILE MEMORY DEVICE AND MEMORY SYSTEM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system for improving data reliability and a program method for the same.SOLUTION: A method for driving a nonvolatile memory device according to an embodiment of this invention includes a step for detecting an error occurring during program operation for programming a portion of a plurality of first multi-bit nonvolatile memory cells by the nonvolatile memory device, the step for detecting the error is executed by a step for reading the plurality of first multi-bit nonvolatile memory cells and a force-bit data vector verified during the program operation, and the force-bit data vector supports whether any of the plurality of first multi-bit nonvolatile memory cells includes error possible (erroneous) data.
