PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size of an object code which is generated from a source code including a bit field.SOLUTION: An occurrence frequency counting unit 122 counts a use frequency of each member which is included in a bit field of a source code. A bit field information resetting unit 123 resets a bit location in the bit field of each member according to an occurrence frequency counted by the occurrence frequency counting unit 122. A code output unit 13 outputs at least one of an object code which is compiled while reflecting the setting for the bit location of the bit field information resetting unit 123 and a corrected source code obtained by correcting the source code while reflecting the setting of the bit location of the bit field information resetting unit 123.
