Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel type radiation detector capable of inexpensively and simply improving detection efficiency without lowering production yield.SOLUTION: A radiation detector includes: a plurality of first electrode patterns formed on a first surface of an insulation member, each of which has a plurality of circular electrodes and a plurality of strip-like electrodes for electrically connecting among the plurality of circular electrodes; and a plurality of second electrode patterns formed on a second surface of the insulation member opposite to the first surface, each of which has a plurality of convex electrodes penetrating through the insulation member and tips of which are exposed at the almost center of the plurality of circular electrodes of the first electrode patterns, and has a belt-like electrode for electrically connecting among the plurality of convex electrodes. The plurality of first electrode patterns are arranged so that the plurality of circular electrodes becomes the closest packing on the first surface of the insulation member.
