Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a difference in luminance of reflected light due to uneven orientation of metal powders, even when a weld line or flow mark is formed, while preventing deterioration of the metallic feeling of a molded product.SOLUTION: A metal powder 11 contained in a thermoplastic resin is constituted by holding a metal layer 12 by transparent resin layers 13 from both sides, and has an average particle size of 30-100 μm and an aspect ratio of 1.5-20. According to this, the occurrence of difference in luminance of reflected light in a resin molded product as a whole is prevented, and the intensity of reflected light can be varied, microscopically, to improve the metallic feeling of the product.
