TUBULAR BODY FOR MOLTEN GLASS, MOLTEN GLASS FEEDING DEVICE AND PIPE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body for molten glass capable of appropriately absorbing expansion and contraction in a flow path direction accompanying temperature change even when they are generated, preventing easy generation of cracks, and obtaining a glass article of high quality.SOLUTION: As a tubular body 10 for molten glass inside which the molten glass is distributed, a plurality of pipe members 11 which are composed of platinum or a platinum alloy and have a flange part 13 formed on the outer peripheral side of the end 12a of a pipe part 12 are disposed in series, and both flange parts 13 facing each other of the pair of adjacent pipe members 11 are abutted, joined and fixed. Between the flange part 13 and the pipe part 12 of at least one pipe member 11 at the joined and fixed part, a bend part 14 whose diameter is gradually increased smoothly from the end 12a of the pipe part 12 and a bend part 15 whose diameter is gradually reduced smoothly from the inner peripheral side end 13a of the flange part 13 are interposed.
