Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large cross-sectional area while reducing a sense of oppression given to an occupant.SOLUTION: A front pillar forms an obstruction angle which is an angle formed by a front boundary sight line α and a rear boundary sight line , with respect to a sight line from an eye point E. First to fourth points C1 to C4 are set as corner parts of the pillar. The fourth point C4 and the first point C1 are set on the boundary sight line α in the order closer from E. The third point C3 and the second point C2 are set on the boundary sight line in the order closer from E. The fifth point C5 is assumed on the boundary sight line α so that the distance from E is equal to the distance to the third point C3 on the boundary sight line . The position of the fourth point C4 is set as a substantially intermediate position between the first point C1 and the fifth point C5. A reference model in which the first to fourth points C1 to C4 are set is provided to a designer. |
