Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin coated steel material with high corrosion resistance which uses a powder epoxy primer, and to provide the epoxy primer which can be manufactured even at low temperature and has sufficient hot-cold cyclicity.SOLUTION: Low-temperature coating at up to 160°C is achieved with a polyolefin coated steel material having a polyolefin adhesive layer 4 and a polyolefin layer 5 laminated in order on a steel material 1 having been subjected to ground processing after a primer layer 3 of 10-500 μm is formed with an epoxy resin, obtained by mixing a bisphenol A type epoxy resin and a bisphenol F type epoxy resin as a powder epoxy paint at 90/10 to 50/50 in weight proportion, as a composition by using the blend of a phenol-based curing agent, an imidazole-based and/or imidazoline-based curing accelerator, and a 20-100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler having a median size of 5-20 μm. Further, hot-cold stress peeling in outdoor use, which is a problem as thick-film coating increases in stress strain of coating, can be greatly suppressed. |
