Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that drawing quality cannot be improved in a conventional drawing apparatus.SOLUTION: A displacement section displaces a discharge head which discharges a liquid-state substance. A scale includes a plurality of divisions which are disposed side by side along a direction of the displacement. A first detection section detects a division with the displacement of the discharge head. A second detection section detects head position information indicating a position of the discharge head. A control section controls the timing for the discharge head to discharge the liquid-state substance based on the division detects by the first detection section and the head position information detected by the second detection section.
