PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage stored balls and owned balls in a game hall which manages the stored balls and the owned balls in different devices.SOLUTION: A card management device 40 for managing owned balls and a member management device 50 for managing stored balls respectively have rate setting data in which identification data and a lending rate are made to correspond. The card management device 40 acquires the rate setting data from the member management device 50, determines consistency of the rate setting data managed respectively by the card management device 40 and the member management device 50, and when they are not consistent, the consistency of the rate setting data is maintained by updating the rate setting data.
