Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise analyzer configured so as to be able to analyze a propagation state in a noise propagation path as accurately and quickly as possible even if physical scales are greatly different from one another, and further to provide a noise analysis method and a noise analysis program.SOLUTION: An analysis object area is divided into analysis object areas for an electronic apparatus 4 and a transmission line 5 at a boundary surface where a relation between an electric wire (main transmission line) and a reference (sub transmission line) can approximate to a transmission line of a quasi-TEM wave. A computer 2 cascade-connects S parameters obtained for each of the electronic apparatus 4 and transmission line 5 and analyzes a propagation state. The S parameter of the electronic apparatus 4 is obtained by electro-magnetic field analysis. The S parameter of the transmission line 5 is obtained by measurement or the electro-magnetic field analysis. |
