Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for purified polysaccharide fibers in which carbon disulfide emissions are suppressed while efficiently producing purified polysaccharide fibers having excellent strength; purified polysaccharide fibers produced using the production method; a fiber-rubber complex using the purified polysaccharide fibers; and a tire excellent in tire characteristics using the fiber-rubber complex.SOLUTION: A production method for purified polysaccharide fibers is the one in which polysaccharide is wet spun or dry-wet spun by making polysaccharide dissolved solution formed by dissolving a raw polysaccharide material in a liquid containing an ionic liquid, into contact with a solidified liquid containing the ionic liquid. The concentration of the ionic liquid in the solidified liquid is 0.4 wt.% to 50 wt.%. In the ionic liquid in the polysaccharide dissolved solution and the ionic liquid in the solidified liquid, the anionic moieties have one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of phosphinate ions, phosphate ions, and phosphonate ions.
