ADDITION CURABLE SELF-ADHESIVE LIQUID SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition curable self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber composition, which can be adhered to a wide variety of metals or resins, in the production of an integrated molded product of a silicone rubber composition and a metal or thermoplastic resin for use in automotive components, communication equipment and other various electric and electronic components, and can be rapidly molded.SOLUTION: An addition curable self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber composition contains: (A) an organopolysiloxane containing two or more silicone atom-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane containing two or more SiH groups per molecule and having no phenylene skeleton in the molecule; (C) reinforcing silica fine powder; (D) an organic silicone compound having one or more SiH groups per molecule and having one or more phenylene skeletons; and (E) an additive reaction catalyst. The composition has flow property such that the ratio of viscosity at 0.9 s/viscosity at 10 sat 23°C is 5.0 or less.
