LABEL FOLDING AND CHANGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label folding and changing apparatus equipped with a folding and changing guide capable of adjusting a folding and changing position.SOLUTION: A label folding and changing apparatus is provided in a continuous cylindrical label base material being folded in a sheet-like shape and continuously conveyed, and a folding and changing guide 20 having an upstream side guide plate 22 and a downstream side guide plate 24 under crossing state is equipped. The upstream side guide plate 22 includes both side edge parts 23a and 23b extending approximately along an original folding position and has a shape narrowing its width toward the downstream side. The downstream side guide plate 24 has both side edge parts 25a and 25b, and has a shape gradually widening along the downstream side. The folding and changing guide 20 includes a folding and changing position adjusting mechanism 80 curving and holding the free end part 23c and 23d of the downstream side of the upstream side guide plate 22 so that the position of the edge part of the same is gradually separated from a conveying direction of the label base material M as the position of the edge part of the upstream side guide plate 22 moves toward the down stream side.
