Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which contributes to the downsizing and the improvement in the radiation efficiency when a conductive substrate is used as a substrate to which light emitting elements are joined in an ultraviolet radiation apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet radiation apparatus 100 includes: a conductive substrate 32; and multiple ultraviolet light emitting elements joined to the conductive substrate 32. The conductive substrate 32 includes: a first joining pattern joined to the light emitting element (an ultraviolet LED 33F) of a first group, which is composed of at least one of the multiple ultraviolet light emitting elements, on a component surface; and a second joining pattern joined to the light emitting elements (an ultraviolet LED 33A and the likes) of a second group, which are composed of the multiple ultraviolet light emitting elements and are disposed around the light emitting element of the first group so as to be arranged on a substantially concentric circle of the light emitting element of the first group, on the component surface. On the component surface, the first joining pattern is formed extending to an outer peripheral part of a region of the substantially concentric circle on which the light emitting elements of the second group are arranged.
