Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device improved in easiness of assembly and stability of coupling.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes a radiator which has a one flat surface and includes a guide part arranged on an outer circumference of the one surface with a locking projection provided, a light-emitting module part arranged on the one surface, and a cover part which is coupled to the guide part of the radiator and has a groove corresponding to the locking projection. In this lighting device, rotation of the cover part is restricted by coupling of the locking projection of the guide part with the groove of the cover part, and separation of the radiator and the cover part is restricted.
