PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus, a processing system, and a searching method and program, by which a search result that appears to be useful for a user can be preferentially output.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus includes: a search request unit 25 that requests search for dynamic information and static information; an acquisition unit 27 that acquires a search result of the dynamic information and a search result of the static information on the basis of the search requested by the search request unit 25; a weighting unit 29 that weights the search result of the dynamic information acquired by the acquisition unit 27; a narrowing unit 31 that narrows down the search result of the static information acquired by the acquisition unit 27 on the basis the search result of the dynamic information weighted by the weighting unit 29; and an output control unit 33 that causes an output unit 19 to output the search result of the static information narrowed down by the narrowing unit 31.
