Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work schedule planning device capable of planning an execution schedule of a work to be executed on a production system and capable of notifying at an optimum timing.SOLUTION: A work schedule planning device 100 includes: a calculation section 110 that calculates operation time and preparation time for each of plural works; an operation scheduling section 120 that determines a preparation start time of the preparation so that the preparation is completed by the operation time; an assignment section 130 that assigns a worker who satisfies predetermined conditions to the preparation work from the workers who are not assigned to any of preparations executed with overlap; and a notification section 140 that notifies to the worker assigned by the assignment section 130 to execute the preparation at a predetermined timing before the preparation start time.
