Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and suppress image deterioration caused by noise in association with a variation in potential of a signal line and a data line.SOLUTION: In an electro-optic device, among relay electrodes 41, 61, and 63 for connecting a gate electrode 144 of a drive transistor to an upper layer, the relay electrode 61 formed on the same layer as a data line 14 has four sides surrounded with a power source line 16 for initialization formed on the same layer as the data line 14. Accordingly, intrusion of noise from the data line 14 to a connection of the gate electrode 144 of the drive transistor is reduced, which results in display with accurate brightness.
