Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a process signal and calibrate an AD conversion circuit as well even while a plant is in operation.SOLUTION: An alarm setter 1 includes a first signal processing circuit 7 and a second signal processing circuit 8. The first signal processing circuit 7 and the second signal processing circuit 8 each have an AD conversion circuit 9 for converting an analog value indicated by an input signal to a digital value and outputting the digital value, and a set value comparison circuit 10 for outputting an output signal 40 if the digital value from the AD conversion circuit 9 is outside of a set digital value range set beforehand. In a calibration process, a calibrator 2 switches the first signal processing circuit 7 and the second signal processing circuit 8, and calibrates the AD conversion circuit 9 of one of the first signal processing circuit 7 and the second signal processing circuit 8. While the calibrator 2 calibrates the AD conversion circuit 9 of the one signal processing circuit, the other of the first signal processing circuit 7 and the second signal processing circuit 8 monitors a process signal 4. |
