WORK HEIGHT MEASUREMENT JIG, COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE AND WORK HEIGHT MEASUREMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work height measurement jig capable of performing work height measurement of a lifting member accurately, even if a work object is a micro and light component, or the like, and to provide a component mounting device and a work height measurement method.SOLUTION: In a work height measurement jig 50, a movable side member 52 is provided movably in the vertical direction for a fixed side member 51 attached fixedly to a shaft member 16, and an air passage 51d is closed when the movable side member 52 is moved upward by a predetermined amount from a lowermost position. The shaft member 16 is lowered while supplying a negative pressure into the air passage 51d, and the height of the shaft member 16 is detected when the flow rate of positive pressure air flowing through the internal passage 16b of the shaft member 16 reaches a predetermined level. The work height of the shaft member 16 is measured based on the height of the opening 51e of the air passage 51d determined from the height of the shaft member 16 thus detected, and the distance between the opening 51e of the air passage 51d and the lower end of the movable side member 52.
