Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat on which a seat heater is arranged, the seat heater which has an excellent warming property during starting-up, and can improve comfort by satisfying stability of a temperature after the starting-up.SOLUTION: A seat 11 has a surface skin cover 13 and a pad 17, and seat heaters 1, 2 are arranged between the surface skin cover 13 and the pad 17. The seat heaters 1, 2 comprise at least a first seat heater 1 and a second seat heater 2, and heating ranges of the first seat heater 1 and the second seat heater 2 are overlaid on each other. In the seat 11, a heating value of the first seat heater 1 is larger than that of the second seat heater 2, and the first seat heater 1 is arranged on the surface skin cover 13 side, and the second seat heater 2 is arranged on the pad 17 side. The first seat heater 1 stops heating after a predetermined time has elapsed after starting energization.
