CONTROLLER OF PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a processing machine that cancels processing pretreatment and a delay time to eliminate processing delay by preliminarily outputting a movement source instruction from an instruction unit to an execution unit during processing pretreatment.SOLUTION: A controller 4 generates an instruction of a processing machine 1. The controller 4 includes an instruction unit 5 for reading a processing program and generating a movement source instruction and a processing tool source instruction, and an execution unit 6 for receiving the source instructions and outputting a movement execution instruction and a processing tool execution instruction. The instruction unit 5 eliminates occurrence of a delay time DT by shortening a processing pretreatment instruction time and performing previous output of the movement source instruction and the processing tool source instruction to the execution unit 6.
