Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation cost of a hot water floor heating device that circulates hot water to hot water panels in a plurality of series to perform hot water heating.SOLUTION: A hot water floor heating device includes: a heat source machine including a heat source, a hot water tank and a circulation pump; and a hot water control valve in such a system that hot water is circulated in hot water panels in a plurality of series by the circulation pump, rooms corresponding to the hot water panels are each provided with a remote controller, and the hot water control valve controls the hot water flowing in each hot water panel in the plurality of series in accordance with a temperature difference between a set temperature set by a temperature setting means and the temperature of the hot water panel or a hot water path. The remote controller 36 includes a human body sensor 39. The hot water floor heating device further includes a hot water circuit control unit 21, which controls the temperature of hot water panels by regulating an opening/closing time of hot water control valves 25 in accordance with the respective temperatures set by the temperature setting means 37, closes the hot water control valve when the human body sensor detects the absence of a person in the room and the absence is continued for a predetermined time period, and operates the hot water control valve 25 in the original opening/closing time when the human body sensor detects the presence of a person.
