Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a misfire detection device of an internal combustion engine which can improve the accuracy of misfire determination in an engine operation state that an influence of a twist element becomes large.SOLUTION: A variation component parameter OMGMAINAC indicating a variation parameter of a detected change gear rotation speed OMGMAIN, an engine rotation moment ICRK being a rotation moment at an input side of a twist element 21, a change gear rotation moment IMAIN being a rotation moment at an output side of the twist element 21, and a detected engine rotation speed OMGCRK are applied to the following formula, a corrected rotation speed OMG is calculated, and misfire determination is performed on the basis of the corrected rotation speed OMG. OMG=OMGCRK+(IMAIN/ICRK)×OMGMAINAC×α. Here, α is a correction coefficient related to the resonance of the twist element 21. |
