CEILING PANEL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND CEILING PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel installation structure which is free from the risk of falling of a ceiling panel and excellent in workability, and a ceiling panel.SOLUTION: A ceiling panel installation structure fixes a ceiling panel 10, which has at least a surface material 12 and frame members 11, 11 installed on four sides of the surface material 12, to a ceiling so that the surface material 12 face a room. The ceiling panel 10 is formed with a through hole 11c over the entire length of the panel including the entire length of a pair of frame members 11 facing each other among the frame members 11. Each of a pair of indoor wall surfaces W1 facing each other is arranged with a rail 30 along the wall surface W1 in the horizontal direction. A wire 20 is inserted through a communicating through hole formed by arranging a plurality of ceiling panels 11 so that their through holes 11c communicate with each other. One end of the wire 20 is attached to one of the rails 30 and the other end of the wire 20 is attached to the other rail 30 to support the plurality of ceiling panels 11.
