The rotation part 2 constituting the sound barrier 100 has a rotation axis 3 rotatable with the lengthwise direction D of the body wall 1 as its axis, and three rotation walls 4 attached to the rotation axis 3 so as to extend from the rotation axis 3 in the radial direction of the rotation axis 3.
