Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive thermoplastic resin film or sheet which has satisfactory dispersibility of a conductive filler into a thermoplastic resin, and can secure high surface smoothness and impact resistance, when processed into a sheet or film, while preventing generation of an aggregate of the conductive filler on a surface thereof.SOLUTION: A conductive thermoplastic resin film or sheet includes: (A) at least one thermoplastic resin selected from polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyphenylene ether and polyethylene terephthalate; (B) silicone rubber particles obtained by two-dimensionally crosslinking a dimethyl polysiloxane; and (C) carbon black. The content of the component (B) relative to 100 pts.mass of the component (A) is 3-25 pts.mass.
