Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a catalyst for producing a polyurethane resin, which has so high a resinification activity as to substitute a metal catalyst with, and capable of being stored in a long period in the coexistance of water; and a method for producing a polyurethane resin using the same.SOLUTION: A polyol component and an organic polyisocyanate component are allowed to react in the presence of a catalyst composition for producing a polyurethane resin containing a bicyclic amidine compound and a boron compound represented by formula (1): B(OH)(OR)...(1), wherein n is an integer of ≥1 and ≤3; and R is a 1-18C hydrocarbon group.
