Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defective wall part in a method for manufacturing a peep-preventing film configured to include a transparent observation part, an opaque wall part formed between the observation part, and a pair of substrates sandwiching the observation part and the wall part.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a peep-preventing film includes: an observation part producing step of producing an observation part 5 on one surface of a first substrate 3 having a light-permeation material in a thickness direction; a second substrate installation step of providing a second substrate 9 having the light-permeation material so that one surface of the second substrate 9 in the thickness direction faces the observation part 5 and the second substrate 9 is inserted in the observation part 5 in cooperation with the first substrate 3; a molded article installation step of providing a molded article 25 in a gap between the observation parts 5; and a wall part producing step of producing an opaque wall part 7 by curing the molded article 25 at the center 13 of the substrates 3, 9.
