Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a message transmitted from a user terminal.SOLUTION: An authentication device receives a message from a user terminal including a time stamp indicating the time when the user terminal has transmitted the message, on the basis of the received message and authentication information stored in a user information storage unit in association with a user ID corresponding to the user terminal having transmitted the message, performs authentication processing which determines whether the received message matches a message that has been already transmitted from the user terminal corresponding to the user ID, and if the received message does not match the message that has been already transmitted from the user terminal corresponding to the user ID, stores authentication information corresponding to the message in the user information storage unit.
