SHEET STICKING DEVICE AND SHEET STICKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sticking device capable of efficiently suppressing a warp of a disk substrate even if a plurality of adhesive sheets are stuck to each other in an overlapping manner.SOLUTION: Support means for rotatably supporting a disk substrate 11 and supply means for feeding a raw fabric and supplying an adhesive sheet AS to the disk substrate 11 are relatively moved, tensile force LA in a sticking direction AA is applied to the adhesive sheet AS supplied from the supply means and the adhesive sheet AS is stuck to the disk substrate 11. The disk substrate 11 is rotated to make the direction to which the tensile force LA is applied cross the sticking direction AA. The support means and the supply means are relatively moved by movement means, the tensile force LA in the sticking direction AA is applied to the adhesive sheet AS supplied from the supply means, and the adhesive sheets AS are sequentially overlappingly stuck. Each tensile force direction of the laminated adhesive sheets AS is dispersed, tensile forces LA, MA, NA and OA applied to the disk substrate 11 have different directions, and generation of a warp of the disk substrate 11 can be prevented.
