PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information retrieval device capable of supporting retrieval of medical information desired by a user even when text information registered in the medical information fluctuates or the text information is not registered in the medical information.SOLUTION: A medical information retrieval device 12 comprises a register section 32, a retrieval condition acquisition section 34 and a retrieval section 35. The register section 32 associates at least medical information and information of a schema template contained in the medical information and registers them in a management server 11. The retrieval condition acquisition section 34 acquires the information of the schema template on the basis of retrieval conditions set by a user via an input section 21. The retrieval section 35 acquires the medical information associated with the information of a schema template acquired by the retrieval condition acquisition section 34 from the management server 11.
