PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that collects fees for a service to be provided, while properly managing money discharged to a user as changes.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes: a display part 473; an operation part 47; a control part 100; a fee calculating part 101 for calculating fees for an operation executed by the control part 100 in response to user instruction; a money input part 38 where a user inputs money; a money detection part 102 that detects the amount of money input; a difference calculation part 103 that calculates a difference between the amount of money input and the fees; a money management part 36 that discharges the money equivalent to the calculated amount difference; and an imaging part 37 that images a money discharge position where the money is discharged by the money management part 36. The control part 100 controls the display part 473 to display the image captured by the imaging part 37 after the money is discharged by the money management part 36, and the amount of money equivalent to the difference thereon.
