Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect absolute flaw signals without being affected by a gap, in an eddy current flaw detection device for processing the absolute flaw signals and detecting a flaw of a body to be examined.SOLUTION: At a flaw detection position, gap test signals and flaw test signals are simultaneously supplied to an eddy current flaw detection probe Pr in a figure (a), gap signals and flaw signals are detected in a gap signal detection part 321 and a flaw signal detection part 322 in a figure (b), and the gap of the flaw detection position is measured on the basis of the gap signal of the flaw detection position and a sound part gap signal in a cap calculation part 33. A reference signal corresponding to the gap of the flaw detection position is detected in a reference signal calculation part 34, the reference signal is subtracted from the flaw signal of the flaw detection position to attain a difference, and the absolute flaw signal is detected.
