The barrel section 20 is formed of a substantially square prism shape having four side faces 21. The shoulder section 12 has a truncated square pyramidal shape. A plurality of thin ridge parts 16 are formed on shoulder section inclined faces 12A of the shoulder section 12. Thin valley parts 15 are formed in a shoulder section boundary face 12B between the shoulder section inclined faces 12A.
