Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power management system of residence area which allows for effective utilization of power generated using natural energy obtained in the residence area.SOLUTION: A power management system 10 of residence area comprises: power supply units 20 provided in dwelling houses 11A, 11B, 11C; and a center server 48 having a priority of use order of a photovoltaic power generator 24 and a wind power generator 26 set higher than that of a system power supply 12. The center server 48 supplies power from the photovoltaic power generator 24 and wind power generator 26 in a plurality of dwelling houses 11, and suppresses power supply from other power sources when compared with that from the photovoltaic power generator 24 and a wind power generator 26. Since use of the system power supply 12 is suppressed and the natural energy is used sufficiently, the power generated using natural energy obtained in the residence area A can be utilized effectively.
