Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a voltage for charging a secondary battery having a full charge voltage higher than an input voltage.SOLUTION: A charge control circuit comprises: a comparator circuit for comparing a voltage of a secondary battery with a comparison voltage depending on a voltage of an input power supply; a first transistor connected to the input power supply to supply an input current to an inductor of a step-up DC-DC converter; a first control circuit for controlling the first transistor; and a second control circuit for controlling a step-up operation of the step-up DC-DC converter. If the voltage of the secondary voltage is equal to or higher than the comparison voltage, the first control circuit turns on the first transistor, and the second control circuit complementarily switches second/third transistors for increasing/decreasing an inductor current to trigger a step-up operation of the step-up DC-DC converter. If the voltage of the secondary battery is lower than the comparison voltage, the first control circuit controls the first transistor to bring the input current at a predetermined value, and the second control circuit turns off the second transistor and turns on the third transistor. |
