Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of shortening a time for restoring the voltage value of an output voltage to the voltage value of a target voltage even without any design change or the like in a circuit part for generating power supply voltage, a solid-state imaging device mounted with the power supply device, and an electronic apparatus having the solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a power supply voltage generation unit that generates a predetermined power supply voltage; and an output resistance adjustment unit that adjusts the resistance value of an output resistance in the power supply voltage generation unit. Then, the output resistance adjustment unit performs adjustment so as to shorten a time for restoring the voltage value of an output voltage to the voltage value of a target voltage.
