Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve that includes a highly-airtight shut-off function and shuts off fluid such as gas.SOLUTION: A shut-off valve includes: a communication member 6 that is turnably disposed in a casing 2 and has a through-hole 5; an airtight rib 14 that is formed on a side surface of the communication member 6; a diaphragm 15 that abuts on the airtight rib 14 when being closed; and a cam 27 that makes the diaphragm 15 adhere to the airtight rib 14 in conjunction with turning of the communication member 6, thus enhancing airtightness by the communication member 6 in closing and improving reliability in closing.
