Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure gas container which is suitable for charging high pressure hydrogen gas of 35 MPa or more, and in which the leakage of hydrogen gas is little, and at the same time, to provide a method for manufacturing economically/efficiently the high pressure gas container without a liner, being light weight, and being suitable for charging high pressure hydrogen gas of 35 MPa or more.SOLUTION: A high pressure gas container 10 includes a container body 11 and a mouthpiece 20 being provided in the end, to which a gas appliance is connected, wherein the container body 11 has a fiber reinforced shell 12, and a resin coat 15 covering the interior, and the resin coat 15 is composed so that a gas barrier member membrane 17 is sandwiched between rubber elastic resin member membranes 16, 18.
